I finally got around to watching the second half of season two recently and had some thoughts. Really hope to start watching S3 this week and catch up by the show’s finale. Excited about the show again. Some spoilery talk below.

Sunday: ABC’s Once Upon a Time. I really love this show even though I fell behind last season. Never thought I’d see a show like this on network TV.
Monday: NBC’s Revolution. I really enjoyed the pilot but it’s not on a great day for me.
Tuesday: CBS’s Vegas. Dennis Quaid has amazing screen presence. Throw in Michael Chiklis and 1960’s Las Vegas and it’s not hard to see this as a hit.
Wednesday: USA’s Psych. Season 7 was supposed to start at the end of September but apparently got moved to winter. It’s my favorite show and gets better with age.
Thursday: CBS’s Elementary. I watched it mostly out of curiosity and being a big Holmes fan since a young age. I was surprised how much I liked the chemistry between Liu & Miller, and being a fan of procedurals, the idea that Sherlock Holmes is the one doing the solving appeals to me greatly.
Saturday: BBC’s Doctor Who & Merlin. Doctor Who just finished its run of episodes and Merlin will be taking its place. Two shows I always look forward to.
New show on Disney that I just can’t get enough of. And! the first episode is available for free on itunes: http://itunes.apple.com/us/tv-season/tourist-trapped/id530179161?i=533922217
Twin brother and sister Dipper and Mabel Pines are in for an unexpected adventure when they spend the summer with their great uncle in the mysterious town of Gravity Falls, Oregon, in the Disney Channel animated comedy “Gravity Falls.” Upon their arrival, Dipper and Mabel’s huckster great uncle, also known as Grunkle Stan, enlists the siblings’ help in running The Mystery Shack, a fun tourist trap he owns that overcharges unsuspecting customers. Although Dipper and Mabel quickly discover The Mystery Shack itself is a hoax, they sense there is something strange about their new town and together they begin to unlock the secrets of Gravity Falls.
It is silly and ridiculous and I love it.

New show on HBO from Aaron Sorkin. Pilot available for free on youtube: http://youtu.be/1U4ZhFDFYvE
Usually not one for these kinds of dramas but interested on being at the start of an HBO show (missed Sopranos/Entourage, way behind on True Blood/Game of Thrones, didn’t try Boardwalk Empire).
Liked the pilot. Like Jeff Daniels and the cast seems alright.
