So my bff Shelley got into a bit of trouble recently and is now currently living with me at my parents. 

2 days ago her parents kicked her out of the house (claiming that she was stealing money from them whichisalie) and proceeded to take her car and all of the money she had in savings which she was going to use to move out with me in the next 3 months.

My parents place is too small for both of us to live here so yesterday we went out and signed a lease for an apartment (much sooner than originally anticipated) I am pretty much using up all of my savings and commission money to pay the down payment so we can get a roof over our heads as soon as possible.

Right now she is currently selling any of the possessions she was able to take after they kicked her out to get a bit of money before her next paycheck goes through so we can have a bit of a cushion once we’re out so we don’t have to scramble or starve.  Shes also hitting the pavement hard looking for a second job to make things easier for us.

I’m usually never the type to beg for hand outs but desperate times amirite? We’ve set up a ‘donate’ button on my side bar, and any little bit helps. For reals. (Its not going to be up forever, just until we have everything settled)

My commissions are currently OPEN and that way I don’t feel so useless and shitty asking for hand outs. 

Its been a brutal couple of days and anything at this point will help. Commissions donations anything. 

Life comes at ya fast sometimes and you’ve really just got to make the best of what you’ve got. I’m sure things will work themselves out, but getting this place is the first step.
